St Peter & St James Hospice and St Wilfrid’s Hospice are thrilled to join forces in the search for a talented Database & Reporting Manager to enhance our dedicated teams. This unique opportunity allows you to split your time between both hospices, fostering a rich partnership that drives positive change in healthcare.

You’ll have the freedom to choose your preferred work location, whether it’s our offices in North Chailey or St Wilfrid’s in Chichester.

As a Database & Reporting Manager, You’ll be:

  • Establishing and maintaining data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Serving as the go-to expert in our Electronic Health Record system, driving improvements for better patient outcomes.
  • Extracting and analysing vital data to support the seamless operation of our hospices.
  • Developing and overseeing ETL processes to integrate and transform data effectively.
  • Monitoring and evaluating data quality metrics, ensuring we’re always on track for excellence.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to data quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing data protection policies to safeguard patient privacy and compliance.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our data and reporting systems for the hospices. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality standards, policies, and procedures to support high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The Database & Reporting Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives alongside formulating key master tables from structured/unstructured patient & service data.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
