We are currently developing our supportive care services and have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our Supportive Care team at St Peter & St James Hospice as a Rehabilitation Service Lead.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal physiotherapist will provide a high quality service to enhance our patients quality of life and be flexible when managing their caseload, working at both the Hospice and within the local community.
Working with the Hospice clinical leads, you will support the development of the physiotherapy provision, provide specialist assessments and treatments to your caseload of patients, manage individualised care plans and ensure that all patients are working towards realistic goals. You will also support the ongoing service development of therapies across hospice services.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, demonstrating sensitivity and compassion to patients, families, and carers. Experience of working with people with life-limiting conditions will be an advantage. You will have experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, be adaptable, reliable, highly organised and:
- Be HCPC registered
- Have completed the relevant degree / qualification in physiotherapy
- Hold a valid UK driver licence and have access to own vehicle during work hours
