Job Description

We are expanding our nursing team to ensure people receive the care and support they rightly deserve when facing symptoms associated with their life-limiting condition or as they approach the end of their life with us.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, our nurses are extremely proud of the expert, compassionate care given to patients in our inpatient unit. They actively support the Trust’s mission in the delivery of high quality care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care to meet the needs of patients across all hospice services.
