Who we are looking for?

We are looking for caring, empathetic and compassionate bank registers nurses with demonstrable leadership skills. Experience of clinical supervision would be an advantage but not essential. They would support the Hospice Team Leaders in the delivery of high quality and cost effective patient care across our In Patient Unit and ensure the highest possible standards of care are given.

Our ideal bank registered nurses would have current NMC registration and evidence of recent CPD along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • £25,405 – £28,314 salary pro-rata depending on experience (Band 5 £25,405 – £31,224 pa FTE)
  • A variety of day and night shifts over Monday to Sunday
  • Possibility to work across both the inpatient and community teams if desired
  • Permanent, bank contract
  • Rural Location (North Chailey BN8 4ED) Own transport essential, no public transport.
