Give in Memory

Giving to St Peter & St James Hospice in memory of someone special is a thoughtful way to celebrate their life and by supporting the Hospice we will be able to continue to provide expert care to adults living with a life-limiting illness, and those close to them, in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lewes, Uckfield and everywhere in between.

How can I Give in Memory?

Tribute Funds

After someone close to you dies, it can be comforting to set up a digital tribute page, where family and friends can come together to remember your loved one. Messages, images and memories can be shared on their page for years to come and a fund set up in their name to support the work of St Peter & St James Hospice.

How to set up a tribute page?

We work with MuchLoved to set up your tribute page.

To get started please enter the details of the person you would like to set up the tribute page for, or search for a page that has already been set up by entering their name below.

Memory Tree

Our memory tree is a beautiful way to display a personal and lasting tribute and is located in our hospice reception area. A heart can be engraved with the wording of your choice and displayed on the memory tree.

The cost of a personalised heart is £90 for one year, including engraving. Alternatively, you can pay in monthly instalments of £7.50. After this time, you can pay to display the heart for another year or have it sent to you as a keepsake.

To order a personalised heart please contact the fundraising team on the details below.  Alternatively, you can also download the form by clicking the button below.

Match Funding

Don’t forget to ask your employer if they offer a match funding scheme. Often companies offer their employees the opportunity to increase their fundraising efforts by matching all or some of the money they raise for charity.

If you have any questions about funeral collections, setting up a tribute fund or our memory tree please email us at fundraising@stpjhospice.org, call us on 01444 470 710 or use our contact form
