Volunteer for us
Whether days or decades, minutes or months, every moment of volunteering matters. To put it simply, we would not be able to provide hospice care without the incredible support of our volunteers. Why should I volunteer at St Peter & St James Hospice?
Our volunteers love what they do and we’re confident you will too. You’ll meet great people, learn new skills and gain work experience. Best of all, you’ll help provide expert and compassionate hospice care to local families, making life that little bit easier for people at a difficult time.
What volunteering roles are there?
From driving patients to the hospice to sorting shop donations, assisting with admin, gardening or helping our events run smoothly, there really is something for everyone. We’ll talk to you about your interests, skills and the kind of role you’d like to fulfil. Together, we’ll find something with your name on it.
