Local Hospice Lottery is a hospice owned collaboration. By sharing one prize fund and one set of administration costs, players can benefit from a larger prize fund (the largest of any hospice lottery) and more money can be raised for St Peter & St James Hospice than if we ran our own individual lottery.

How St Peter & St James Hospice is Supported

St Peter & St James Hospice is one of many hospices nationwide benefitting from the Local Hospice Lottery. Between 60% and 80% of profits from players who choose to support us will be donated directly to the hospice—expected to total at least £850,000 over five years from April 2024. A full list of all the hospices supported, along with Terms and Conditions, can be found on the Local Hospice Lottery website or provided upon request from ‘Freepost Local Hospice Lottery’.

To help to recruit new players, a team of paid fundraisers will be working in the local area, both door-to-door and at venues. Each member of the team will be wearing a uniform and will have a Local Hospice Lottery photo identity card with them. You can view members of the team on the Local Hospice Lottery website. All authorised fundraisers are paid by Local Hospice Lottery Ltd.
