A festive challenge

For schools, nurseries, youth groups, sports teams and children’s organisations.Choose your challenge, gather a team and walk, run, wheel, dance or dash on a route of your choice, at your own pace.

Plan your challenge

Choose a date, location, distance and activity. Laps of the school field, dance round the playground to festive music, or do a sponsored walk!

Rock your festive headwear

Wear an Elf or Santa hat, or your favourite festive headwear – no need to buy new. Or make your own and award prizes for most creative design.

Start fundraising

Ask family and friends to sponsor you. Then just register below to receive your fundraising resources and support from our friendly team.

Everyone is welcome. Nurseries, Schools, Youth groups, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, Sports teams, dance groups…..

FAQs

We have elf hats, sponsor forms, and will supply artwork and resources for you to send out and display in school and online to promote your Elf Fun. We’ll also provide a link for our online giving platform to share with your community. We’ll deliver everything before your event, including a certificate and banner with your fundraising total for photos.
It’s simple and fun, we promise! You set the distance and the rules!
All we ask is that you encourage the children to raise as much sponsorship as possible or make a donation instead (suggested minimum donation of £2 per child). However, please do send the sponsor forms home and share your fundraising page, as any amount of money no matter how big or small is much needed by the hospice!
Why not create your own Elf activities. We have a downloadable pack with lots of ideas. Why not have a Christmas Jumper day, ask children to get festive and donate £1? Please contact us to discuss other ways you can get involved.
All online donations will automatically come to us. For cash donations and sponsor forms, simply call us and we’ll collect it at a time that suits you.

Promote your fundraiser on social media, by distributing leaflets and posters, aadding your event to local community websites and contacting your local paper or radio station. If you’d like to use our logo, please get in touch. We can also supply banners, buckets and collection tins.
