Volunteer Mower

The Hospice is set on 36 acres of stunning grounds with landscaped gardens, flower beds
and natural woodland. Our grounds are enjoyed by all our visitors, patients, family and
friends.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
● Lawn Maintenance – edging, trimming, weeding and using a ride on mower, push
mower and strimmer
● Equipment Care – ensure the mowers and other equipment have been securely
stored away and left in good condition
● Garden Maintenance – lifting and manoeuvring of gardening equipment and
rubbish
● Teamwork – Working with a team of gardening volunteers
