A Fantastic Evening of Music Raises £7,000!

The St Peter & St James Burgess Hill Support Group recently staged a wonderful evening of entertainment at The King’s Centre, where the brilliant Choir & Ko performed to an audience of nearly 300 people.

What started as a dream last year became a reality thanks to the dedication of the Support Group and the generosity of the local community. The team secured the venue, connected with Choir & Ko, and received an outpouring of support from local businesses who donated raffle prizes and offered nearby parking spaces to help ease congestion around the centre.

Volunteers also gave their time and energy to make the event run smoothly.

The result was a vibrant, fun-filled evening of music spanning musicals, pop, country and film, all performed by the fantastic Choir & Ko, a much-loved local group of more than 100 singers. Their performance created a brilliant atmosphere and was enjoyed by everyone who attended.

The event raised an impressive £7,000, with the raffle alone generating more than £3,000,  an incredible contribution to the specialist care and support that St Peter & St James Hospice provides to local families.
