The journey from candidate to colleague

We will adapt depending on the vacancy and/or if candidates require any adjustments, but these are the steps you can expect from the recruitment process. 

  1. Application via our Working with us page 
  2. Notification when the shortlisting is taking place 
  3. Short telephone conversation with the recruiting manager 
  4. Competency-based in-person or online interview
  5. In some cases, practical exercise 
  6. Job offer 
  7. Pre-employment checks (references, health questionnaire, right to work in the UK, DBS if applicable) 
  8. Join the team
